Cryptocurrency prices today: Bitcoin, Ethereum rise marginally

The global cryptocurrency market capitalization rose marginally to $1.9 Trillion over the past 24 hours, from $1.88 Trillion. Trading volumes fell to $71.88 Billion from $91.22 Billion.

The total volume of the cryptocurrency market grew by 17 percent to $106.72 million. Decentralised finance (DeFi), which accounted for 15.01% of total crypto trading volume of $16.02 million in the last 24hrs, accounted to $15.02 billion. Stable coins, however, accounted for 81.34% of crypto market volume 24-hours at $86.81 trillion.

Bitcoin’s market dominance fell marginally to 41.28% and the virtual token traded at $41,539.12 by February 6. The most well-known and largest cryptocurrency in the world, Bitcoin, has risen 23 percent over January’s low of $32,950.72.

In terms of INR Prices for Bitcoin rose 0.7 per cent to Rs 32,49755, while Ethereum gained 1.26 percent to Rs 2,37,235.0.

Cardano fell 0.33 percent at Rs 88.51 while Avalanche rose 0.33 percent at Rs 6,118.67. In the last 24 hours, Polkadot jumped more than 4 percent to Rs 1,690.07 while Avalanche gained 0.33 percent to Rs 6,118.67.
